More food. I rock, it is official. And there is way more to come!
Those cherry tomatos went into my mouth as soon as I took that picture with my phone, and the zucchini very quickly got shredded and became a saute with a little onion and buttah. YUM.
My new garden question. Should I be worried that my once green cucumbers are turning yellow?
Whatever the answer to that, I still believe: I grew (and am still growing) food, I win.
Picture us on our way to work/daycare (either in the car, on the bike/trailer, or walking).
Jaxon: *Whiny half-cry*
Me: What’s wrong tater? Use your words.
J: Mah-mah (Translation: More, more.) He is usually signing “more” as well.
Me: More what? What do you need?
J: Ya.
Repeat randomly ad nauseam.
Look at the sign, specifically #3… Am I missing something that gives that sign a different meaning? Your wisdom would be much appreciated…
Yes, I suck. It’s been a long time. Blah blah blah. Let’s pretend some excuses are listed here.
Now, time to catch up on what J and I have been up to for the last month and move foward.
J went on his first camping trip with his grandparents and even went on a boat (thus the life jacket)!
I got my first pedicure. Fancy! (Lyndsay went with me as a guide into this new girly world! I’m on the left.))
While I was getting my pedicure, I finished knitting my first sock ever! (Second one is well on the way, just turning the heel.)
We enjoyed our newly weeded backyard (yes, it was really bad before) with a picnic.
And we went on a hike! (Balch creek. J is standing in the restroom ruins!)
Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.
